Shy guy clocks can be in flower cup and have a challenge that unlocks a shy guy

Ill make a Koopa themed Track for the Shell Cup idc where it goes in that cup.

One track from every cup should have a challenge where a character must get to a trophy decor. Every such challenge must've been done with a specific character (for example, one challenge is for Mario and the other one is for Shy Guy) and should have its specific constraints. There cannot be two or more such challenges with for the same character. Completing all those challenges would unlock a character.
