Tbh the online community for this game is so stupid and there has been a bunch of players saying fucked up stuff online and they havent been banned so I dont think that Limey should be banned. (The only thing he should be banned for is his lag)
I agree with everything in this statement. On a serious note, I'm trying to be a little more mature when online but if I'm feeling too silly I can't promise I won't slide in a joke or two.

This is the very first track building contest that I am hosting so I'll see how this goes 
I will rank each track individually on a score out of 30, in the format [A, B, C]. Each section being worth 10 points!!
> Section A - Theme <
How creative is your track?
This section is scored based on how creative your track theme is and how well it works well with the current theme. Visuals plays a big role in this section!
> Section B - Gameplay <
Does your track feel fun to play?
To score well, the track can't be an absolute nightmare to play on 200cc or boring to play on 150cc (a good balance will boost its score!). Other stuff such as Staff Ghosts add more to the gameplay and will be factored into the overall score.
> Section C - Layout <
How unique is your track?
This section is scored on the layout of your track, which involves: shortcuts, alternate routes and exploration areas! Shortcuts and alternate routes will be ignored if it involves going out of bounds to access (this does not apply to exploration areas)
Now that you have read the sections and what I will be scoring them on it is time to introduce the theme!
