I was having a little bit of a skill issue (lol) and got pretty mad. Then someone told me that there are difficulty settings somewhere? If anyone could tell me where they are located that would be a huge help! Trying to beat all the main cups so this would be great.

WHY ON THE MAIN CUPS DO THE CPUS BLATANTLY CHAEAT???? ITS NOT EVEN SLIGHTLY HIDDEN, THEY JUST RANDOMLY GET SPEEDBOOSTS AND JUST UNFAIRLY RUBBERBAND, AND SPEAKING OF RUBBERBANDING, THE RUBBERBANDING IS ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS. YOU'RE ABOUT TO WIN A RACE AND THEN EVERY. SINGLE. CPU. PILES YOU. IM NOT EVEN GOING TO GET EVERY CHARACTER AT THIS RATE. THIS IS HORRIBLE!!! PLEASE ADD A DIFFICULTY SETTING
