Sorry for double posting, but I also wanted to say that I'm pretty sure that you can also save states and make certain inputs with a bot by putting them into something kind of like a spreadsheet, and those inputs are put in on the select frames. Also, TASs aren't always done just for speedrunning. They can be used for glitch hunting (which can be used for speedruns) or whatever you're hearts desire is like "programming" Pong or Snake in Super Mario World(that's real by the way)

I'm not sure it would be that insane because of how different the checkpoint systems are between PC and Wii. In Wii (I may be a little wrong (I'm no pro)), you have to hit the last key checkpoint before hitting the first normal checkpoint in a track, or be able to touch all key checkpoints. A couple famous examples of the first is the Grumble Volcano, Wario Gold Mine, and Mushroom Gorge. An example of the other one would be the Coconut Mall out of bounds glitch. In MKPC, however, I'm pretty sure you have to hit ALL the checkpoints to complete a lap. I have seen 1 ultra shortcut be done with the moving wheel in DS Bowser's Castle, but I don't remember any of the details other than you have to go fast enough to use it to go out of bounds to skip the big turn to get to the spinny log thing.

You think this could be used to find "ultra shortcuts"

I've done it before, but you can use the P balloon to make Mario Kart Tracks. You could also make a bowser factory where he produces stuff like bob ombs, mecha koopas, and clown cars.

I just want to know who does and doesn't.
If you own a Switch 2, react with a check

So I recently found out about a Pokemon Emerald Rom Hack that adds over FIFTY types to the game. This is the greatest thing ever and I highly recommend playing it. (if you do, post your champion team here). Some other changes are new pokemon up to Gen 8, lots of new moves, and pokemon now being able to have 3 types at once. Once I figure out what I'm doing on track builder, I might post some. Speaking about that, the image of the track image won't show up on the builder. I was trying to figure out how it works with Mario Circuit 2, but it's showing a gray image logo on a half white half gray background. What do I do?

Also, are we doing Mario Circuit, Bowser Castle, and a Rainbow Road, or only retros of them?

In my opinion, they should A. Add more tracks. They would have to be stuff that could be added, but make sense. What I mean about "easy to add" I mean stuff in the sky or sea. They could do stuff like sky garden, Sunshine Airport (it's on an island), GBA Rainbow road, Cheep Cheep Island, etc. Heck, they could even make entirly new tracks, like one that uses tubes to make an underwater track like Koopa Cape, or maybe one based on Rainbow Ride from Mario 64. B. LOTS of new characters and costumes. They could do some easy NPC characters and costumes for a majority of them, but they could do other characters like the Koopalings, Diddy Kong, the G.O.A.T. Funky Kong, K. Rool, Poochy, and maybe a character from the eventual next 3D Mario Game. C. Extra Knockout tours, as Nintendo could do some cool stuff with those over 200 intermissions. D. more items could be cool like the GIANT Banana, Poison Mushroom, and other unique items. One last thing I want to mention is adding Rainbow Road in Free Roam. It's such a shame  we can't play around the areas like the island with the glowing water and the space station. If it being way up in the sky is an issue, they could just have Lakitu pick you up if you fall of the map in certain areas.

What about removing items (I'm looking at you blooper who is absolutely useless)
