I used to have an Xbox but now we have like 3 Playstations, PS3 in Turkey, PS4 and PS5 at my place. From what I’ve seen, Playstation for the win.

I would add every track from the series to stop people from asking for it
It would require LOTS of effort to clean up the pixel, but I think it could be possible

FIVE UPDATES THAT SHOULD BE IN MKPC
1. I would add gliding to the game. So basically it would work like this: when you right click on a jump. there is a button that says "Make glider ramp" which turns it into a glider ramp. These controls might be sloppy for people that use a mouse, but you have to use the mouse to ascend or descend because pressing down will cancel the glider. This update also comes with decors that can be put in the air.

Okay so let's point out a couple of weird things about this message
- Nudge mentioned "if you wanted to add ONE update, what would it be ?"
- Gliders wouldn't work, and this sytem is way too complex.
- Mario Kart 7 themes aren't very necessary, plus they would take a lot of work, but that's a cool idea.
- Feather would mess up the shortcuts.
- Creating the Boo could be complex.
- Music transition actually sounds good.
- Lakitu appearing more is unneccesary
It would be cool, but adding 3DS courses would be hard because the maps would be kinda pixelated. But QM pieces wouldn't be that hard. I saw Coopa do Toad Circuit. And Mario Circuit could have the right turn piece as Peach's Castle- aaannnndddd I'm going off-topic again.
It actually blends well with Nudge’s idea so I don’t think it should be an actual update and instead the themes should be made by the community if Nudge’s update idea makes it through.

1. The topic was supposed to have ONE.
2. Gliders won’t work in a RETRO atmosphere. It’s supposed to be 2D Mario Kart, how does having a glider work? It would break checkpoints if you could go across walls, and if you weren’t able to cross walls, it just sounds like a extra fancy jump.
3. Feathers wouldn’t work. It would break checkpoints.
4. Boos are fine.
5. It’s pretty minor, I don’t think it should be added.
6. Do you know how much time that would take for Wargor to make those? And even if someone else would make them, it would go well with Nudge’s update idea. It doesn’t need to be official though.

I’m actually changing mine. I’m making mine be combination of quick mode themes, you can have Mario and Luigi Circuit tiles. You can have Ghost Valley and Luigi’s Mansion.

No, like what I mean is that you could have Ghost Valley at one point in a track and then Sky Garden. The maximum would be 5 themes.

ngl I agree with what you said Nudge but if I had to make my own suggestion, a custom decor shop (like unitys assets store) where you can use decors made by others. And don’t worry about crediting, it can be automatic.

Dude I JUST realized I'm in the top 100 players on the MKPC leaderboard! Currently 100th place but I feel so proud of myself man! Aint no way i'd ever reach that high but here I am!

The lack of animaions and sounds in MKPC

I like MKPC but I must say that there are a few things that really displease me, especially the lack of graphic animations and sounds
What do I mean by graphic animations?
Little graphic details that beautify a game. For example a black fade between screen transitions (insead of just instantly switching from a screen to another, in the track selection for example), or sizing up a button when you draw your mouse over it, or an animation for drifts instead of a simple static image... The cup selection menu also feels like it has been done very quickly without the intention of making it nice-looking
And what do I mean by sounds?
Small sound effects, which triggers when you click a button, or item noises for shells for examples, or a small noise when a banana is dropped, or even sounds to Goombas walking...
These are little details that don't impact gameplay, but they could make the game so much cool-looking to be honest
I honestly feel like MKPC is a sort of "unfinished" game, there are so many missing things that could be added to make it so much nicer (such as stuff I mentioned before)
Although as I say before, I like MKPC! It has a interesting gameplay, despite a huge lack of cool little details
What do you guys think about it? Am I just the only guy who thinks about details?

J'aime beaucoup MKPC mais je dois avouer qu'il y aquelques petits trucs qui me déplaisent, particulièrement le manque d'animations graphiques et le manque d'effets sonores

Et aussi, le menu de sélection des coupes me semble très vide, comme s'il avait été fait en 2 secondes sans l'intention de le rendre joli

And, if it looks easy for you, why are you not coding the game ?
He’s just adding some suggestions, I don’t think he ever said it was easy. He’s just nitpicking about some things that could be in the game. Sure it’s already cool like this but he just wants to add some suggestions to add a little more polish.
