Yeah, Excitebike Arena is great when you know how to play it (recently beat two friends playing the game for years on this map, whereas I only bought MK8dx a few days ago XD). And for N64 Rainbow Road, you're talking of the 6 F*CKING minutes long one or the 2 minutes long remaster ?
All of these are specifically talking about the Mario Kart 8 versions by the way, it's been so long since a new game (I'm not counting Tour) that this is the only Mario Kart that's on my mind

1.(DS) Airship Fortress (The spiral and the cannon makes this one of my favs tbh.
2.(Wii) DK Summit (Cannon = Fun =D. Also love the snowy atmosphere.)
3.(Wii U) Sweet Sweet Canyon (god i get so hungry when i play this track lol)
Worst 3:
1.(SNES) Mario Circuit 3 (ITS JUST SO PLAIN! WHY DO THEY BRING THIS ONE BACK OUT OF ALL THE ONES?!)
2.(Switch) Sky High Sundae (Glorified Oval. Too boring tbh.)
3.(SNES) Ghost Valley 3 (I wanna punch a hole through my monitor every time i get bumped off this map. though my hatred mostly comes from the mkpc bots but still)

Finally someone who hates Cheese Land ! But, why you hate Toad's Turnpike ? I find it pretty OK (thanks to the cars, otherwise I think it would be in my bottom 10)
For N64 Toad's Turnpike, I just don't like the track, the turns are too wide so it's boring to drift, the cars are just annoying and the track has nothing special.
