It’s from the Mario kart arcade games, to me, its the best item from those games in my opinion. It acts like the green shell in the fact that it bounces off walls, but it explodes like a blue shell once it hits a opponent. Basically: green shell+bomb= black shell.
Also, an item update did happen, but no new items.

Dude I saw that and man, he should have not survived that, but is really lucky for doing so. I thought Ryan Newman would have died in his crash at the Daytona 500, but this is probably the worst crash in motorsports this year. That freaking car split in half, and he was on the burning side of the chasis, under the railing. Thank god he somehow walked away from that.
