what character is the best for speed
In terms of pure speed, Luigi and I think Hammer Bro are both the fastest characters in the game. Idk Hammer Bro's stats, but if not Luigi is by far the quickest.
no luigis handling is so terrible i dont like playing as him the most and i dont think i can beat all 10 cups to get hammer bro

@Waluigi68 second best actually. Having the best speed is awesome but Hammer Bro has better handling with no visible drawbacks. Even so, I agree completely that he's the best character outside of HB

I'd use Luigi more, but since his stats are all speed and no handling & accel, I have to use Link (as a custom character).
I think you could make a duplicate of luigi but adjust his stats for you. Thats what I would do.

Oui, après dans Luigi’s Mansion il faut hacker le jeu pour voir ses yeux, mais dans Luigi’s Mansion 3, il est très apeuré à un moment, donc il court partout et ses lunettes bougent.

Mario kart series is really cool but some of is unfair

I think it's more of a dumb thing they put Waluigi Pinball in MK7 while having Honey Queen and Wiggler in the roster over Waluigi rather than being unfair.
Just so you know, Waluigi was never in MK7 due to Nintendo suffering from time constraints. He was initially gonna be playable in 7 though, according to the Mario Kart Racing Wiki.
And oh yeah he's modded into CTGP-7 by default.
At least he's available with mods.
Nintendo kinda did him dirty though doing wiggler and honey queen first before even attempting to put him in there. Why not him first and then these other characters, it makes no sense since he's popular in the western hemesphere and Nintendo I'm pretty sure knows that , but over there in Japan they despise him.

I see everyone was talking about Shy Guy, Shy Guy is only playable in MKDS if you do multiplayer, but I think it's possible to play as Shy Guy in the main game if you hacked your copy of Mario Kart DS

That’s not unfair? It’s happened before, with N64 Koopa Beach, but there’s no Koopa in 64. People are only saying this because they simp for Waluigi, or they’re just oblivious to every other time this happened.
"Koopa Troopa" Probably Is Referring To Any Koopa Troopa And Not Koopa Troopa. Cheep Cheep Beach In MKDS And MK8 But No Cheep Cheep, Shy Guy Beach In MKSC And MKWii But No Shy Guy

What is unfair is the brutality of MK Wiis items. Once they get you, good luck not getting hit 2 more times after that.

If I do have to pick one of the two though, I'm picking Big Blue because it's something different, while we've seen a rainbow road in every entry of Mario Kart.
