You need to use the complete mode instead of te quick mode. You also need to upload the file of your track (must be png, jpg, jpeg or gif).
Also, the file must NOT exceed 1 MB in size.

The only GBA tracks that are missing to quick mode are Luigi Circuit and Shy Guy beach. And I wish both of them.

yeah and I honestly want the gba bowser castle track background and track tiles in it too
