I did own a SNES, a Wii, a PS4, and a DS, and used to have a PS1 and PS2 before that but they either got thrown out. I currently just own a new PS4 because my house burned down back in the very end of March.

first of all the guy (me) was correctly rating tracks (USING MY PERSONNAL OPIGNON)but one day wile rating someone told me to give real reasons for why I give bads rates (I give goods ones sommes times)SO I DID and sometimes I don't do it (cus don't have time :/).so idk why I sould be banned for giving my critises thats unfair(thats all)

Allow me to explain the problem:
If you are rating them how you think they should be rated, please say why. Not having the time isn't an excuse, writing constructive feedback literally only takes a minute. It helps the creator of the track, as well as you since you don't get into these scenarios.
I try to wrote constructive feedback, but people keep making their tracks look bad, so I just give up and just state this is bad. It's like they don't care.
