It is, actually, it's just that some people only count the city tracks as the Tour ones, but there's some original ones, one in each wave of the BCP so far, them being respectively Ninja Hideaway in Wave 1, Sky-High Sundae in Wave 2, Merry Mountain in Wave 3, and Yoshi Island in Wave 4. There is also Piranha Plant Cove now. Oh and btw I agree with all of your predictions.

Greetings, everyone. I hope you are all doing well today. Have any of you had the opportunity to try Wave 4 of the DLC? Personally, I truly enjoyed it and even discovered a new Mario Kart 8 DX Meta! Playing this game brings me so much joy and I hope it brings you the same level of happiness. It has been a pleasure meeting all of you here and I am grateful for the chance to connect with new people. Wow, that's a very nice message, it's really good to see some positivity around here, to be frank 😃 I personnally loved it too ! The tracks were really solid and interesting. I am grateful for this website too, despite it knowing a hard time in March, it is getting better as time goes on, and that's a great thing ! My personal favorite is Singapore Speedway, but every track is really good (maybe aside DS Mario Circuit which is more like a great and fun one)
