"Lack of activity" what do you mean ? Just because the most active member doesn't post ten messages a day doesn't mean the site is inactive, in fact a lot of activity has been going on in this website for the past couple of months, the issue is that most of it is negative.
Feel free to leave if you want to, and don't expect more than a "handful of responses" just like you said.

2. The rest of the community thinks instead of reporting the messages it's so much smarter to just criticize him and post dozens of messages about how his attitude makes no sense : like instead of words, act on it. It's unberable.

Why are so many people asking "wtf did I just walk in upon" "wtf happened" "w h a t happened here" "I went to Coconut Mall and this happens?" ? If you want to address the situation, do it, if you don't, don't post anything. But a lot of these messages actually don't really help the argument.
Explanation : I have already witnessed some interferences. When someone asks "what is going on", it's the perfect opportunity for both sides to start explaining their version and throw the blame on the other side, which obviously annoys both sides, which sparks the argument further.
