Well, the water on the Donut Plains tracks, Riverside Park & Lakeside Park doesn't make you fall off, you can just drive on it, which may need a fix

In the snow in both vanilla lakes the snow makes me still in the snow
So when you enter the snow, you’re in the snow? That needs to be fixed. We can’t have you being in the snow when you’re the snow.
What needs to be fixed are the turn 3 checkpoints which don’t let you take a shortcut which was intended by Nintendo

Thats just how ‘ice’ works. It makes it so when you move while turning, you move diagonally away from your destination
