Branching paths, curved intersection, Diagonals, more terrain options (for example for lakeside park being able to add land and water) are some ideas I have to add to the quick editor

when i make my gap jumps, it takes me like a week to neatly place the boost panels, so i think there should be pre-made boost ramps to save time and so it looks more appealing.

Another increase the size of the space to allow the adding of more track and allow wider or smaller tracks and add more themes like, riverside park, broken pier and Luigi circuit and mabye even add n64, gcn and wii themes

All of the DS Tracks That are Included In Mario Kart PC are Already In Quick Mode...
and There Can't be Wii Styles Because Those Aren't Even In Mario Kart PC
