yes,https://www.piskelapp.com/p/create/sprite first copy paste a character then go to the link and use ctrl + v to paste the sprite. You can edit the character by drawing on it or rubbing out the sprite and draw your own sprite.

You use piskel too!? Also you can make animations. I made a rainbow mario, but you need to complete my challenge.
