Honestly, we need a lot of information for a tournament.

For the no shortcuts: Accidently hitting the offroad does not count, and only simple shortcuts like ramps are allowed. also. the tracks will be the GBA and DS tracks in order from Peach Circuit to DS rainbow road

OK. We can take ramps, we can take by example secret passage in Delfino Square ? The banned shortcuts are grass cuts ? That's still unclear. And for the tracks, OK !
