A speedrun mode / leaderboard in MKPC?

Because the "speedrun" aspect is dead, i think we should keep it alive. basically, theres this mode that keeps track of how fast you finish all 56 tracks, then it gets submitted onto a leaderboard. This would be sooo much fun
