2. If they avoid it, E.G Falling off (With good timing), Mushroom (VEEEEEERY Precise), etc

Okay, I'm going to wrap up this topic. The blue shell has been, for the most part, fixed to act exactly like the official games. It follows the track and not just first place, you can dodge it with a mushroom, but it will still cut off parts of the track closer to the player.
