It's annoying since I'm in first most times when there's a blue shell (except in online), but it is a decent item. ESPECIALLY if you're in second place, or if you are the person who GOT the blue shell. I think the blue shell is a decent item. Annoying, but decent. You should go watch Nicobbq's video on the worst Mario Kart items.

Also, it should be mentioned that in MK8 and MK8D, you can stop blue shells with a horn. FINALLY! The dreaded blue shell can be stopped!

it is alright for it was made to balence out the race or first would be unstopable
