i find paint.net to be better. adobe flash player is gonna die soon meaning that pixlr editor may or may not be disfunctional

I cannot use Paint.net because it's not compatible with Chrome OS. I wish there was a currency here so I could just pay for a sprite commission.

Does anyone know how to upload an image to here because I met someone in an online game that got 2nd or something, and told me and the other person racing we are hackers and trash at the game. I think he also called us doofuses or something fairly childish, anyhow I want to report him so we can keep this community free of trolls and harassers.
