Well, the time offsets on YouTube, like this link, https://youtu.be/Wm3uBFKb4YA?t=37, doesn't seem to take effect while I'm putting in music for my track... It just plays the entire thing...

i hadn't changed the music in one of my complete mode tracks at some point... i think it was rainbow road themed i can't remeber,so someone told me to change it and i picked a remix from youtube and then they commented saying there was no music or that it was from youtube or something... so i have a had a similar problem...

If the video don't work it's because you put a special start (t=9)
If you want the music to start at 9s, download the track and make a video who begins at 9s
