Major Update for Super Milk Kart Ultimate [1.13]

Hey everyone, bzmilko here!
A big update is coming to Super Milk Kart, but unlike it's previous updates that added whole new cups, this one will be instead an OVERHAUL update.
This means every track will be edited in ways to make the experience more fun and consistent, such as adding or removing more laps from each track so most tracks take longer to playthrough, adding or removing certain track features, such as boost and jump pads, and entirely redoing or even replacing certain tracks.
Because of this decision, all of the time trails that were submitted before 1.13's release will be broken and could prevent any new WRs from being made, so please be a good sport and delete your ghosts before the update.
On 1.13's release, Ocean Arena will be replaced with Tony Circuit.
ADDITIONALLY, The new Community Cup will be added in 1.13, don't forget to submit your tracks here!
