my guess would be the fact there was a working glitch on this before that got patched since, while this challenge was pretty much forgotten and nobody edited or deleted it

This challenge is very likely an exploit someone abused where you can change a track after a challenge has been published and validated so that the challenge itself becomes impossible to clear. There's no way you can ever complete it.
This challenge has 1 victor and is an Easy challenge from 2019, it's only worth 1 point but still a genuinely impossible challenge, I'll talk to someone about it and consider deleting it.

We've came to the conclusion that this challenge is actually impossible to beat so it has been deleted.
