Can tracks not be 4x4 on Quick Mode?

Soo i saw some tracks that look obviously like quick mode tracks but they were bigger than a usual quick mode track, soo i want to know if it's possible to expand tracks in quick mode or it's them just using complex mode

Ye, it's a QM edit on complete mode, you can also find some that use more than one tileset
