Who's better, faster, and Handling at Mario Kart PC?

just wondering, who is better at Mario Kart?
and no, I'm not talking about the custom characters, I'm talking about the actual kinds where you unlocked them, like who's good at handling, acceleration, and speed? but just reply to who you think who's the best!
     

It's Daisy, not an unlockable, but it's Daisy, she is (her stats are) used by every high rank player here, I don't even play online or time trials and I can tell you that, she is the perfect character for doing this game's special strat, the reverse drift.
