They look pretty good, my only advice is to make them a bit wider, particularly your Rainbow Road track feels a bit thin

to make this even look better,use lines for the road
& be as creative as you can! if you can't, do it your style, don't just look at a good looking track & then saying "i can do that!" without you having the tools to do so.
