Time Trials in Sonic Mania!

Like MKPC, I think Sonic Mania should have a See Race button to see how people played the levels because every time I play as Sonic on Time Attack,
There is always this guy called "chris" whose at the top of leaderboard and he manages to finish every level in 12 milliseconds!
