Pixel Art-I used to make my old tracks with this,very good pick if your lazy like old me lol
Paint.net-R.I.P if your a Chromebook user, popular creators like Senko, Rhcks, and more use this.
Mario Paint-We all use this to make our tracks because we can color it and make sure to take a picture of your track so you can make it in MKPC.😃👍

Pixilart is a website meaning you can access it on any device. It's mainly suited to pixel art drawings (who would've guessed?) but it works well. https://www.pixilart.com/
Paint.net is an application for Windows, so less accessible. It's more suited to higher quality drawings, but the main important thing is that it allows you to use textures. https://www.getpaint.net/download.html (make sure you get it from the website, the Microsoft Store version is paid)
