suggestion: winner's and loser's theme for custom characters

Just like every mario kart game, there are 2 themes when finishing a race: the winner's and the loser's theme.
for example: the winner's theme plays when the racer gets in a position higher than the middle position, when there's 8 racers, the middle position is 4.
The only theme in Mario Kart PC is when you finish a race, it doesn't matter which position in the race you got.
So, it would be cool if you can edit the race winner's and loser's theme in the custom character editor.
I have 2 concepts of what i think it would look like if it was in Mario Kart PC:
