Share Level Editor in media

Hi I'm new here. But what count as a level editor things like well known ones like Mario maker and MKPC. And ones that some might known like Future pinball and fire 'n ice level editor so what level editor did you found. Also I'm still trying to make a pinball table in future pinball.
