As a game dev myself i can tell that if you're motivated enough, u can learn all of it in 1 year or less
For games i'd suggest using C#, C++. There are others but those two are the most compatible languages to make a game with in my opinion

I would recommand Python over any other language if you're a beginner who wants to make video games
There is a Python module named Pygame for making video games
But if you don't really want to code, you can use Scratch, it's mainly made for kids but you can do actual great stuff with it
