Unfortunately, many people will try to take advantage of the collaborate feature to ruin a track. So these rules was created to stop that. Here are the rules!
RULE 1: Do not delete everything or most things from a track.
RULE 2: Do not send any slurs on a track
[size=18]RULE 3: Don't Publish a track without the consent of the creator.
RULE 4: Never spam Item Boxes or Jumps on tracks.
This is to make sure that none of Collaboration Tracks get illegal or flooded.
RULE 5: Do not steal tracks when Collaborating.
Yes, this is possible, I have done this by accident.
RULE 6: Don't make a Collaboration track with just one thing in it.
For example: An amogus as a track.
RULE 7: Do not delete a Collaboration made by someone else

Plus, did it hurt anybody? No.
Did it discriminate anyone? No.
Did it kill somebody? No. Negative.

People DO need this in case of a backstabbing from someone that would destroy the track.
