What Mario Kart courses should have been in different cups?

N64 Toad's Turnpike (the cars make it too hard for a Flower Cup track, should have switched with Wario Stadium in the Star Cup)
N64 Bowser's Castle (should have switched with DK's Jungle Parkway in the Special Cup as it's the hardest course in the game and every subsequent Bowser's Castle was in the special cup)
DS Mario Circuit (should have been in the Flower Cup like all other Mario Circuits but which course would have taken it's place? Shroom Ridge?)
Wii Daisy Circuit (way too easy for the Star Cup, should have been in the Flower Cup with a different name like "Daisy Town" or "Daisy Harbor" or something)
Wii Dry Dry Ruins (would move this to the Star Cup and put Wario's Gold Mine in the Special Cup)
Thoughts?

I agree with the ones you listed pretty much, the other example I can think of is MC3, way too hard for a Flower Cup race

DS - Peach Gardens <-> Airship Fortress
I think Wario Stadium would be the better track to swap Airship Fortress with. Then you have a special cup with Peach Gardens, Airship Fortress, Bowser Castle, and Rainbow Road all in that order. Almost like any Mario Game narrative that begins with Peach's Castle then the Airships and Bowser's Castle.
