My classroom has a box for phones now, i can no longer use it at school 
The way my school handles phones is quite simple: a teacher sees you using it during class, takes it, and now only your parents or people who take care of you can take it back.
I already saw a classmate crying because their phone got taken by the school and their parents were on a trip somewhere else for one week
Mine *tecnically works like that but it kinda fails
(so they now tell to everyone to put their phone in the box......

Anyways, A Head/Header is basically the tag in HTML that contains all the links to the styling, scripts. . . etc, which reduces the junk in the <body> tag (which is where you should put your elements such as images, buttons etc. . .)
