PORTAL AND PORTAL 2!!! AWARDS OF BEST STORYTELLING (?, maybe HL2 is better in storytelling) GAMES IN ALL SOURCE HISTORY. Period. Except I hate when I see the hall of mirrors effect, especially if I did nothing to see it. That includes seeing hall of mirrors on a test chamber door, all because Valve decided to put NODRAW on the doors, and maybe I just messed up with the game's files. Also, you can also get hall of mirrors via noclip, which btw is the most common way to get it. other then using Hammer to make a room made out of NODRAW. I think by no skyboxes, you mean when you use a skybox that doesent exist
I've got the valve complete pack so I have every goldsrc and source game (I have 231.4 hours across all CS games, 38.3 in portal games, 85.2 on half-life games and I'm not bothered to calculate TF, L4D, and the other multiplayer source games.)
Also, I fixed the skybox by settting it to "assault".
I don't have the Valve Complete Pack as 1. thats simply just too much money, and 2. Guns and blood (with all games except Portal 1 and 2), this includes HL1, 2, CS, and all of the games related to those series.
Because you have the VCP, I am pretty sure you own Portal 2. I can share links to puzzles I made (unlisted) that you can play... just I recommend you play the campaign first.

Protip to making Portal 2 levels:
Use Hammer.
This is a big thing because the puzzle maker is too simple.
If hammer is too hard for you, use BEE2. Its a unofficial addon to the Puzzle Maker.

Try an un-orthodox thing and thats open a Portal 1 map in Portal 2. Yeah. Most likely, there will be ERROR all over the maps, and maybe a hall of mirrors effect if the texture isnt in Portal 2.
Then put a mp4 of it on mediafire.
I can't do it myself because I am too scared of the hall of mirrors effect.
