MK7's tracks are mid, probably the worst ones out of any Mario Kart game with 3D tracks.

that's the reason why mk7 is forgotten, the nitro track are not good, but there's exception

Honestly that's almost true, but MK64 is worse because seven eighths of its tracks are way too long and the other eighth is way too short.
