Shut up isn't an insult though, it's just a swear and I don't think it's worth firing him, but that's already too much moderators, and I doubt he would be good as being a moderator. Though the fact that you told everyone he was fired and stuff felt like humiliation, but I'm maybe overreacting

1 thing: Why do you need to announce it in MKPC? Just keep it to the server, instead of stating to the world that you’re firing someone on a server no one even cares about

It's better to actually talk about it with other staff members and to tell the concerned person in the first place instead of taking decisions because you feel like doing so

Well technically Coolio was the one who said it publicly, and I do agree that it can be considered as humilation.
