Handling is more important than speed and Daisy has the maximum handling but she's not unlockable since she's one of the starting characters

Well, sorry. My only advice is to learn reverse drifting with Daisy. If you learn how to do that, you should be able to easily beat computer players.

How Do I Do Reverse Drifting?
Well so when you hold down the reverse button your controls are inverted, so if you are going right then when you hold backwards you start going left and then if you switch back to holding forwards you will go right again, so you can alternate between holding forwards and backwards while drifting so that you can basically charge up mini-turbos as fast as possible while keeping a straight line.

We Need More Variety In Players. They Could Also Make A New Technique That Only Really Small minority Of players could do.
