It should be a exe port pf MKPC, and will probably be called "Mario Kart PC Desktop" and works similar to Scratch.mit.edu's project editor: Saving to your computer, and loading it whenever you want to play or edit the course.

you can kinda do that with Microsoft Edge on Mac, as that lets you save a site as an app, but yeah, this would be cool as hell.
