1. For obvious reasons, no.
2. Yes, for this fanfic specifically only, people who haven’t inserted a character for this fanfic can still vote, there are people who doesn’t insert characters for fanfics but still reads them, so it’s nice to let them interact as well, also because we want as much votes as I can get

Are you going to make a Youtube series with our characters?

No, but there might be a comic coming out on it...

Also for those who inserted 2 or 3 characters at a time, I suggest you make each character separate messages, because when voting, people may like one character but doesnt like the other one, and you can only vote one reaction. It would’t be clear, for example, if someone put 2 characters in the same message and somebody likes one but doesn’t like the other you can only vote one arrow on a message, so if you were to like one and dislike the other, depending on your opinion, you would be liking both of them, or disliking both of them which would be unfair.
(I tried to make this as clear as possible sorry if confusing I tried)
