Just RD. All you need to do is Press Up, Alt, and Left or Right. Then Alternate between Up and Down Very Fast. The Faster you do it the Faster you can RD. Just be careful, It can be hard to nail off If you are new to RD resulting in Falling Off. Also try not to RD on QM Courses like Rainbow Road if you aren't skilled with RD.
