there is one on bowser's castle 2 SNES, once you are about to approach the final turn before the finish line, jump off the corner and you will teleport to the finish line

There is this OOB (Out Of Bounds) shortcut on DS Bowser's Castle where you RD to the left just before the first cannon and it puts you in the wall. Then you proceed to the circle and hop off into the Red Hall area
