Help on raising walls, controlling jumps, etc.

Hi, I've been struggling to raise jumps and control how high/far my jumps are. I have looked at the help menu and it suggests right clicking, but that doesn't work for me. I've also tried long clicking it, but that also doesn't work. I've been trying to do it when the wall/ramp is already placed down as well. Am I doing it wrong? I'm on chromebook as well. Thx

To access more settings for almost anything in the editor, simply double click the object

And I don't mean click it twice, I mean use two fingers to click
