Windows. Defintly Windows. My first PC i ever use was Windows XP and most of my childhood was in XP , i didnt know how to play minesweeper so i just clicked everywhere, and it had some games i enjoyed to.

Since i have so many ideas for the game im making a part 2 of things i woud add im mario kart PC

Enemys(Continued)

Thwimp: Same as thwomp,But jumps around,and smaller than thwomp.

Mega Piranha Plant: Unlike the Normal Pirahanna Plant,but its alot bigger. Also, whenever a player is near it,  the Mega Piranha Plant will bite the player,making it loose coins.

Add turn based balloon battle mode: Same as battle mode,But players take turns in order

Add more balloon battle modes

Power-Up Dash mode:Unlike  Balloon Battle,Power-Up Boxes will appear in random spots every 5 seconds.

Egg hunt:10 Eggs are hidden in the arena and the players have to find them. The player with  the most eggs when the round ends, wins. (Team Mode is available for this mode)

Add a feature for track editor where you can edit the size of the circuit.

Groups:In groups, players can play with each other if they are in the same group. Kinda the same thing from mario kart 7.(But without codes,making it easier to join groups :3)  

List of things i woud add if i owned MKPC:

Add more karts

Make a downloadable version of the game with fullscreen suport and controller suport

Add mario kart 64 and mario kart DS battle courses and tracks

Add a few power ups

Make the characters have their GBA sprites

Add voicelines (Character sound effects)

Change the name to "Mario Kart Online"

Add a few more battle course themes

Add coins wich make you a litte bit faster

Yellow coin:Makes you 5% faster

Red coin:Makes you 10% Faster

Blue coin:Makes you 20% faster

Rainbow coin:Makes you 5,10,or 20% faster (Only apears in rainbow road)

Add a few more enemys:

Goomba:Runs into Players,Making them loose coins. Can be killed with Mushrooms,Shells,Or any combat-based Power-Up

Koopas: Same as goomba,But when killed gives player a green/red shell. Can be killed with Combat-Based Power-Ups,And can be kicked with Mushrooms(When kicked,if the koopa shell hits a player,it will loose some coins.

Create a Boss Battle Mode,Where the players Have to defeat One player who is the boss. If your the boss, then you can use any Power-Up(Besides Blue Shells And Bullet Bills). You After using a Power-Up as the Boss,You will have to wait 5 seconds to use another one.
