heavily inspired by Super Circuit and i have to confess a few courses might just be blatant ripoffs of the ones from there

UPDATE (again):

- i dont know why it took me this long to notice, but Thwomps have finally been added to Bowser Castle.

EDIT:

- added the missing off-road sections in Yoshi's Canopy. Didn't know that before? Too bad.

UPDATE:

- i realised that you can make backgrounds have an animation. Shy Guy Circuit and Sidestepper Shore have been updated because of this. (will probably make more courses have one but cant be too sure on that)
- Mecha Base now has proper hazards.
