DescriptionA remake of Cloudtop Cruise from Mario Kart 8.






Lore behind this track : This was probably the most ambitious track I've ever made. The most challenging part was drawing the clouds : I was wondering how I could be able to add some relief to the clouds to make them look interesting. I have then decided to design "paper-like clouds" like something you would see in the Paper Mario series.


The track was also planned to be a gif, but the file size was already too big.

i discover MKPC.

This is the best fangame I've see.

I was very young and the first track I've see... (without counting the MKPC Game who are pretty crappy with some narrow tracks...)

It's that.

but I don't comment it, and I go test another tracks.

Today, 17/10/2021, I came here, more of one year after my account creation...

I play on this AMAZING track, I don't have the words, and that reminds me my begginings on the MKPC Game.

It's why this circuit is surely one of the best, if not THE BEST of entire MKPC.

Plus, after one or two months, this is my birthday and I receive my Nintendo Switch and I play Cloudtop Cruise.

And I've meet Realboy. (but that's an other history.)

This is probably the easiest 5/5 I have ever given. This remake is amazing. The aesthetics looks just like the original, the textures are very good and the gameplay is just amazing. I can't even describe how amazing is this. The only issue is I guess the ship where the ramp has almost the same color as the shadowing but this is barely any issue at all. This is getting an easy 5/5. Outstanding job Toad64. Very incredible remake. :)
