I knew what to do bc I beat it, I was actually asking about the first part of the description...

I'm not 100% sure, but I think it originally got rejected bc of that.

@ToxTurtle101 There's a Goomba at the Bottom-Right Corner of the Map, and you have to get near him by going off a ramp.
I question how you didn't figure this out because
1) it says "he thinks he's too good to be on the track" which obviously means he's not on the track, and
2) you could have easily found him by looking at the minimap, as there's clearly a Goomba at the Bottom-Right corner of the Map.
