There is still the lap 3 layout override problem, but the background overrides are okay!

While I do like the changes here and here, there is a problem with the overrides, mostly the background and the final lap not overriding properly... It also doesn't really respect the theming of my September TBC... I'll still give this a 4/5, but it won't be part of the TBC due to not really being school-themed.
