This level was initially planned for the Mushroom Cup of Super Coolio Kart EX. Had an early layout made for it, but was scrapped and thrown in my drive for months. I later took the early layout, and finished the circuit. This was the only one of Super Coolio Kart EX's scrapped circuits that had an early layout made.
This track was later replaced by Starline City 1.
