Unagi is just the name of the eel enemy, and the deep sea is somewhat of an abyss, so that's my thinking. As for all the shortcuts, the design of the track allows there to be a few so I had no reason to not include them. Plus, the CPUs take them, which is good as this will be a later track

one thing I like with this track is, kinda like the original Arid Canyon, there's many shortcut possibilities, but it still plays good, also idk why but the name is fucking cool
